The staff here is efficient and the lake views are relaxing, the upscale residential neighborhood has excellent public transport connections.

The staff was really good and pleasant. The service was excellent.- The location was marvelous for walking around Lietzensee Lake.- The hotel was in a very quiet area, very close to a railway station and the busier areas of Berlin.

Its location within easy walking distance of Funkturm Berlin Radio Tower was lovely and stunning. I was there for the trip and had a very very good stay, so I would stay here again...

This place was luxurious and spotlessly clean, with an outdoor restaurant.

The location was particularly good and stunning and the private parking was onsite. The breakfast was great on order coffee or tea and with fine food, and the stuff was ACCOMMODATING.

Great location with lake view, comfortable rooms, separate family room, helpful staff, nice indoor pool.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The internet system they used is not good. I will not recommend this if you are planning to use this hotel for business meetings.

Spotlessly clean and MODERN hotel with relaxing view of the lake. Good food in the terrace for breakfast. Really helpful staff, perfect location next to Messe Berlin and S-Bahn, and City Cube. Again, walking distance to Lietzensee Lake.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The location was convenient for us as we had a car, and the hotel parking was reasonably priced. The neighbourhood was peaceful and well-maintained, with easy access to bus stops. The breakfast was exceptional, and our room was thoughtfully designed and of great quality. The hotel had a modern style, but still felt spacious, and the view of the lake was beautiful. Having an indoor pool was a bonus, allowing us to swim early in the morning.

The staff was over and above the normal. We had excellent service and the food was well presented and very tasty.

The location is a gem. The receptionist was apologetic and accommodating after it was pointed out that an error had been made regarding the type of room I had booked.

Misleading information was provided on the website regarding free parking at the hotel. Free parking at a nearby facility is not possible unless you consider the street a facility. A rather steep fee must be paid at an adjacent parking garage.
